Short version: we collect as little as we can, use it only for what you came here for, and never sell it.
Name, email, and phone number when you submit our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter.
A face photo when you use The Mirror, our AI hairstyle preview tool — only with your explicit camera permission.
Basic site analytics (page views, device type) if and when we enable them. We do not track individuals across the web.
The Mirror uses your device's camera, with your consent, to capture a single photo of your face. That photo is sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) for the sole purpose of generating a hairstyle preview.
The photo is never storedon our servers or the provider's. It is never used for training any model. It is deleted immediately after the preview is generated.
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your questions. Newsletter signups are used to send occasional updates about the shop.
The Mirror photos are used solely to generate your hairstyle preview. Nothing else.
Formspree (form processing). Resend (newsletter delivery). Google Gemini (The Mirror AI processing). That's it.
We don't sell data. We don't run ads.
Contact form messages: as long as needed to respond, then deleted.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Mirror photos: not retained at all.
Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime using the link in the footer of any email we send.
Email info@mintybarber.com to request deletion of any data we hold about you.
Decline camera permission to skip The Mirror entirely — the rest of the site works just the same.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
