We’re a barbershop first. Still, a few things are worth putting in writing before you book a chair.

Using the site

The site is informational. Prices, hours, and availability shown online may change without notice. We do our best to keep everything current, but your barber will confirm details at the chair.

Booking

Booking links take you to Square. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive confirmation from the booking system. We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are charged the full fee for the service booked.

Services

Every service starts with a consultation. Your barber may recommend adjustments based on your hair type, face shape, or the condition of your hair. Final pricing is confirmed at the chair if the service differs from what was originally booked.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service for any reason, including safety. For children’s cuts, ages 6 to 12, if a child begins crying during the service, we reserve the right to stop the haircut.

Products

Product descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All sales are final on opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Check ingredients before use. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards expire one year after the date of purchase.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site—including design, copy, photography, the Minty name, and logo—belongs to Minty Barber or its licensors. Don’t copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Minty Barber provides this site “as is.” We do our best to keep the site running and accurate, but we don’t guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that every feature will work on every device.

Local law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Collin County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
