The site is informational. Prices, hours, and availability shown online may change without notice. We do our best to keep everything current but your barber will confirm details at the chair.

Booking through the site is a request, not a guarantee. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from our booking system.

We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

Every service starts with a consultation. Your barber may recommend adjustments based on your hair type, face shape, or the condition of your hair. Final pricing is confirmed at the chair if the service differs from what was originally booked.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service for any reason, including safety. For children's cuts (ages 6 to 12), if a child begins crying during the service, we reserve the right to stop the haircut.

The Mirror generates AI-powered hairstyle previews using your device's camera. These previews are approximations, not guarantees. Hair texture, density, growth patterns, and other factors mean your actual cut may differ from the generated image.

Minty Barber is not responsible for dissatisfaction based on differences between a Mirror preview and the final result.

Your photo is processed once and never stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how The Mirror handles your data.

Product descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

All sales are final on opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Check ingredients before use. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards do not expire.

If you submit a message, review, photo, or any other content through our site, you grant Minty Barber permission to use it for marketing purposes (social media, website, print) unless you tell us otherwise. We will never use Mirror photos for marketing. Those are yours and are not stored.

Everything on this site (design, copy, photography, the Minty name and logo) belongs to Minty Barber or its licensors. Don't copy, reproduce, or redistribute any of it without written permission.

Minty Barber provides this site “as is.” We're a barbershop, not a tech company. We do our best to keep the site running and accurate, but we don't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that every feature will work on every device. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including The Mirror feature.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Collin County, Texas (where both Frisco and McKinney are located).

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
