The person in the chair deserves to be heard before the first cut. The people behind the chair deserve respect for their craft, room to develop, and a workplace that takes their future seriously.
Minty exists to make the experience better on both sides. Better work. Better treatment. Better reasons to come back.
The name
Because it grows on you
It’s natural, refreshing, and a little wild—just like the mint plant.
The name reflects the way we want Minty to grow: by putting down roots, becoming part of a neighborhood, and earning a place in people’s routines.
What we’re growing
More roots. Same house.
Frisco was the first seed. McKinney was the next.
Growth only works if the good parts survive it: the consultation, the standards, the people, and the feeling that the shop belongs in its neighborhood.
