The first seed
Built by family. Grown by everyone.
Said started Minty with a belief that the community deserved better: better barbering, more thoughtful service, and a place where people felt welcomed rather than processed.
He may have planted the first seed, but Minty was never built by one person. Barbers shaped the standard. Front desk professionals shaped the welcome. Clients came back, brought friends, shared feedback, and helped a shop become a house.
The community did not simply discover Minty. It helped make Minty.
